Who we are

What we collect

Only what you choose to send through the claim form: your name, your business name, your phone number, your email address, anything you write in the message box and, if you arrived from a link we sent you, the address of the preview site we built for you.

Why

To reply to you and, if you go ahead, to finish and launch your website. We don't sell your details, share them for marketing, or add you to a mailing list.

Where it's kept

The form opens your own email app with your details filled in, so nothing is sent until you press send. Your message then arrives in our inbox, which is hosted by Google (Gmail), and may be processed on Google's servers in the United States and elsewhere. This website is hosted by Vercel, whose servers log basic technical details of visits (such as your IP address) to keep the site running and secure.

How long

Until your enquiry is dealt with, unless you become a client, in which case we keep what we need for as long as we work together and as the law requires for our records.

Cookies and tracking

This page uses no cookies, analytics or tracking.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time, by emailing info@sportsmancreative.com. Depending on the state you live in (for example California), you may have further rights under your state's privacy law, and we'll honor them. We don't sell or share personal information as those laws define it.
